What is BELFORMATION?
BELFORMATION was born out of the desire to convey the feeling I want you to get when you train with me. It is a play on a beloved nickname – Bel – and an homage to what I aim to help you achieve – a TRANSFORMATION.
I am looking to transform the way you think and feel both about your body and about what limitations you think exist for you. With a focus on helping educate people about the human body and it’s capabilities – in and out of the gym – I work with you to not only achieve your goals but completely surpass them.
BELFORMATION is about transforming the way we look at health and fitness. It is about seeing health not as a choice, but as a necessity. It is not about aesthetics or metrics. It’s about progress, about striving to be 1% better than you were yesterday, about discipline and drive, about seeing the power your mind and body have and loving them for it.

Looking for something you can do in your own time at home or in the gym? Confident in your exercise knowledge but struggle to put together a program? Then the self-directed program option is for you. I offer 4-week programs for home or in-gym training. The at-home option comes with demonstration videos to guide you through each day’s workout. Both the at-home and in-gym options, include warm-up and cool down routines, as well as a monthly check-in with me to ensure your program is continuing to work for you. Every month we will catch up on your progress and adjust the program accordingly to ensure you continue to see progress.
