Q. What is included in each session?

A. Every session is individualized and specific. This means no two peoples routines will look the same. When we meet, I will take account of your goals and visions for where you would like to see yourself end up and assess your current capabilities (physically and mentally). From there, I will create a specific program that ensures you experience improvement after every single session whether that is leaving with less pain than you came in with, reaching a new PR, feeling more confident, etc.

Q. Why do you charge for consultations?

A. Consultations are intended to provide you with value and are a chance for me to get to know you, your goals, previous health and fitness experience, and walk you through some great strategies for achieving your goals and meeting your fitness needs.  I offer advice that can start being implemented immediately, whether you choose to become a client of mine or not. Because you pay to schedule your consultation in advance, I am able to set aside time to prepare for the consultation call and offer you my undivided attention and time which you can use to ask questions and gain insight on your particular fitness journey. Should you choose to move forward and purchase a training program/package, the initial consultation charge will be applied against personal training services, making the initial consultation essentially free.

Q. Do you offer meal plans?

A. No, I do not offer meal plan services. I am not a Certified Nutritionist or Dietician and those are the only people you should seek out meal plans from. If you are seeking to add a meal plan service or specific nutrition plan to your program, I have a network of people I can refer you to.

Q. How much is each session?

A. In-person, one-on-one sessions are $65 per session (1 hour session). If I am travelling to you, a travel fee (determined based on distance and cost of travel) will apply to your session cost.

4-week at home program (based on 5 days a week training) is $200 per month.

4-week in-gym program (based on 3 days a week training) is $200 per month.

Q. How do I schedule a session with you?

A. Click the BOOK NOW button to schedule your consultation (*NEW CLIENTS ONLY) and pick the time and date that works for you. Once you submit payment, via e-transfer, you will be sent a Zoom link for the consultation. After the consultation, you can continue to book in your sessions via the website and submit payments accordingly in order to book your sessions (payment must be made in advance, in order for a date/time to be held for you). Q. What happens if I need to cancel/reschedule a session?

A. I operate with a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice, you can reschedule the session for another date/time. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours notice, you will be charged for the session.

Q. What if I do not have any gym equipment/space at home?

A. We will work with what you have available. For in-person sessions, you do not have to bring anything but water and anything else you personally need for the session as I will cater the program to what is available at your training location and bring anything else myself. Every exercise can be progressed in many ways that do not require equipment.
