I have learned how powerful a tool your mind is in the gym. It is our mind that will give up before our body does, so when you train with me, I take a well-rounded approach and focus on building you up mentally, while we strengthen your body physically.

I started Surviving the Arena, to share my personal healing journey with you, and to create a space where you can find tons of tips on how to prioritize mental health while working to achieve your goals.
